What is your Shipping Policy?
Most items are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours. If for some unusual reason there is a delay, you will be notified right away whereupon you will be given the option to wait (and receive a refund of part of your shipping cost ;), or an immediate (hassle free) full refund. Remember, we are striving for your best feedback!

What is your Return Policy?
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may email me for an RA# (return authorization number) which is required for ALL returns. The item must be in re-sale condition, with all its original packaging (including protective wrapping, hardware, and any instructions sheets). Refund less shipping, and less a 20% re-stocking fee (in some cases) will be issued. In the case of an error on our part (or if the item arrived damaged), please email me at greatpartsguy4u2@yahoo.com. All emails will be answered within 1 business day (except for weekend & Holidays). We will correct the error and send out replacements/exchanges at no further cost to you.

Some important information to know: If you are buying multiple items, they will automatically be combined with the shipping discount upon check out. Also, your PAYPAL address will override any other address for shipping, so please make sure your PayPal address is up to date, and is also your shipping address. If this is a problem, just make a note of it in your "notes to seller", I'll do my best to honor your shipping requests (especially in the case of gifts).
